Jumpstart Refugee Talent and CAMSC Embark on New Partnership
Collaboration to support B2B economic development opportunities for visible minorities
TORONTO, ONTARIO April 18, 2024 — Jumpstart Refugee Talent and the Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC) have recently partnered to increase access to business opportunities for visible minority members that hold refugee, refugee claimant, or displaced person status. CAMSC is a national not-for-profit organization that supports the growth of Aboriginal and minority-owned businesses by connecting them to procurement opportunities with companies and governments. Among their many services is a national supplier certification that gives their suppliers access to an expansive Canadian network of organizations committed to diverse and inclusive supply chains.
For Jumpstart, this new partnership with CAMSC will support the development of their refugee entrepreneur clients as they expand their business reach, both nationally and internationally.
